The Sub-division North-East is active in the federal states of Berlin, Brandenburg and Saxony-Anhalt. Our range of services covers all construction-related works; from complex turnkey construction to shell construction, industrial construction and redevelopment. Our core competence lies primarily in the realisation of commercial properties, shopping centres, hospitals, schools and residential buildings.

One of our main focuses for many years has been the execution of projects, including public-private partnerships (PPP) using ZÜBLIN TEAMCONCEPT®. For many of our clients, construction partnering is common practice and has been so for many years. The new construction of the EDGE Tower in Berlin clearly demonstrates this.
